SUV Falls Into Sinkhole in New York

Photo by Associated PressThis SUV was unfortunate enough to fall into a sinkhole in New York caused by a broken water main. The driver was sent to the hospital for shock, but was able to escape from the vehicle. You can read the whole story here:

Seeing an SUV nose first into a huge hole is just funny to me. Aren’t they supposed to be able to get themselves out of these things?

Is fuel efficiency really what we need most desperatelly? I say that what we really need is a car that can be shot when it breaks down.
