QLiner offers several programs for Windows: Quotes is a program that adds random quotes to your mail signatures. It's easy to set up and customize and works nicely with Outlook. A nice Windows software package that includes a browsable collection of quotations. Includes a search option and Indexes by Author and Subject. The free version includes 1000 quotations; Standard and Gold versions are available with up to 18,000 quotes. You can select quotations as your favorites in the paid editions, but a way to add new quotations would be nice.
