I am looking for the source of this quote. I know it's from H.L. Mencken, but I need to know where it can be found in his writings, speeches or interviews. The Wall Street Journal has:
H.L. Mencken quipped that the New Deal divided America into "those who work for a living and those who vote for a living."

All the other sources I find on the web are posts on crappy blogs that seemed derived from the Journal quote. Thanks in advance for any help!
