I wrote a poem of this subject

If I were born blind, I shall not see the beauty only the eye brings to mind,
Though, my heart strives, where the crest of beauty thrives.

If I were born deaf, I shall not hear the sound of a clef,
Though, my heart breathless, seeing that beauty so flawless.

If I were born dumb, I shall not utter, or whisper, nor hum,
Though, my heart sings, from the strumming of the hearts wings.

If I were born blind, deaf, dumb, I shall not sense what is to come
Though, my heart proceeds, where the invisible treasures leads to thee.

Other quotes of along the lines:

" Love is God’s greatest gift. But if it remains distant, unwrapped, seen only from the outside in, it is a gift hard to
understand. Love is different words in every language, but in deeds it’s the same in any language. It is everything to
Christians and nothing to tennis players. It is celebrated and misunderstood. Like a child staring at a wrapped Christmas
gift, love can be an unfathomable mystery. Philosophers wax about it. Singers croon it. Poets lament it. Capitalists market
it. Hollywood exploits it. Evolutionary biologists analyze it. Kings demand it. Performers crave it. Demons fear it. Stoics
ignore it. Skeptics deny it. Psychiatrists prescribe it. Geneticists identify it. Historians record it. Novelists depicts it. Artists
illustrate it. Parsons preach it. Playboys diminish
Movies plot it. Cynics mock it. Governments tax it. Politicians
showcase it. Nobility refines it. Children need it. But the mystery of it is best understood by saints from the inside out, for
only when it is unwrapped and used is it ever understood. Saints live it…because God is it."

For we are all blind in at one time, we only truthfully and fully see by the God, the light of men, the light of the world. - Me

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart. - Hellen Keller

does anybody know the correct quote and who it is by?

and...could anybody explain this quote to me?
Those who enter heaven may find the outer walls plastered with creeds, but they won't find any on the inside.
Josh Billings

thanx :)

love is when you don't have a reason at all. The feeling is enigmatic ,that you can't seem to find the words to describe love. So it's the same as you can't find the words to explain what color is to a blind person.
