Dear DSW, Anajo and Tony

Thank you all very much indeed for your lovely posts and great pics - I am back, computer is back online, but probably got a virus though I have no idea how. Have to re download heaps of apps and get new word package and also the sound has gone completely and may be not worth trying to repair.

It was so horrible not having google just sitting there, and no instant news, banking etc. Could go to library now and again to check, but that involved journey .

Did catch up with a lot of reading which is a good thing and then school hols so kept busy with active boys. Shocked them at ten pin with a couple of strikes, but that was a fluke and the rest of the score suitably abysmal

Celebrations all my dear Forum friends, back to annoy you, but mind a bit winter numb and can't think up a controversy!

Thank you, DSW, that is a really kind offer, and greatly appreciated. Fortunately my children have decided to get me sorted out and have already got the package, but we are now waiting to see if the sound can be retrieved or whether it may be better to get a new laptop.
