I have NEVER been a health nut. I probably never will be. Although, I understand the importance of health, counting calories is something I will never do - because I also understand the importance of a good burger. :)

But in any case, I have been eating too much bad stuff and my diet is making me sluggish. Also, I haven't been keeping active like I should. It's not in my job description anymore, going from grounds crew at a golf club to data entry at a computer.

I've been feeling a push lately to start finding the balance. Exercise and diet has been on my mind, especially with summertime coming up. They also have a gym at the seminary, which I hope to put to good use.

I weight 125 lbs, so I don't need to lose weight. And I'm not looking to become the incredible hulk, either. I just want to find a good balance of eating fairly, and a good routine of working up a sweat a few times a week.

Walking, running, cycling etc can be very, very boring if you want to do enough to make a difference, but listening to an interesting audible book on ipod etc definitely helps pass the time.

But not if you're in traffic

Eat less bad stuff. Eat stuff which doesn't make you sluggish if you choose to be less sluggish.. Be as active as you choose to be. If you're hungry, eat. If you're tired, sleep. If you want to be more active, be more active.

Insults..
Get your f*king act together.

Or as DSW recommended, with a slight variation:

If you're playful, play.

If you're naughty, why not?

I do my daily exercise to get in shape because it's easier than getting out of shape.

Being straight forward is your cup of tea, eh?

Can one be straight forward and nice all at the same time?

If one is straight forward, is than akin to not being a good listener?
