Does anyone know when Einstein said this, where he was at the time, or any other circumstances related to the quote?

Not sure on that one, but I did find this:
If I would be a young man again and had to decide how to make a living, I would not try to become a scientist or scholar or teacher. I liked the following Einstein quote.
"Teaching should be such that what is offered is perceived as a valuable gift and not as a hard duty"
