In a workplace you can either find a boss or a leader ... do you know what's the difference? At first I was kinda confused but when I read this line I understood it all ...
"A boss is the one who orders you DO THAT while the leader is the one who tells you LET'S DO THAT".

How should we call a tyrant leader? "Boss" just happens to be an informal term as compared to the more " respectable, formal " term sir or leader.

Its not about titles ... its about attitudes which oblige us to call him either a boss or a leader ...
I guess a bossy attitude lacks confidence and may be knowledge at a workplace thats why tends to uselessly shouts and get nerves for the lil issues while the confident leader is the one who mostly tackles stuff calmly and maturely that matters at the end.
I met many bosses that's why I was capable to tame them and be their leader (or at least am trying).

Indeed, it's the attitude of the person in charge that creates the distinction. But what good it brings when the same people profit from the chief they call boss? My apology Libra but you should know that i am not replying here as an arrogant fellow.
