Have you ever wondered which hurts the most: saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing, and wishing you had?

The reason for my answer is that when you say something you can't take it back but when you say nothing you are in the pool of the innocent.

if you say something you can never take it back, since you cannot erase something you've said. it is therefore easier not to say anything....however, i believe people should not take the easy way and spent a lot of time thinking before say something, because in the end i think it hurts more not to say something and then wish you’ve said it. We should always express our feeling and our opin ion!

i feel a duty to tell things when they happen to any person around me,and sometimes it hurts sometimes it dont but i find that saying something you must say and not saying it its not muhc as pain as regret, you cant feel pain just simple regret ,besides its alwasy good to be head on wiht most of things it keeps it simpler hahaha im sorry but im kinda a head on guy which has cost me a lot of "tense" moments but as I said if you keep it to yourself you may acumulate so mnay things you may even pop!!hahahah

Agreed effie<3
In the long run it is better to be totally open, honest, truthful and express our feelings.

Depends!
Its hard to give an answer here but I guarantee this to you; that if you had done the appropriate thinking in both cases then your regret must be not existing. What we have to regret is us not using the faculty of thinking well before taking or deciding any actions in our lives ... coz after all what is done is done.

I agree. All I can say is to think before you say something because it's done when it's done. .
