There is no reason it couldn't exist, people will agree to anything if they think they are in danger - even if it means giving up freedoms they used to think were their "god given rights". America anyone?? ?
I'm not saying it's going to happen but at the end of the day people want what's best for them, it doesn't mean their bad just scared - which unfortunately translates to stupid
