Here are some more terms that I am fooling with.
Tea is to sipping as ______ is to ________.
Coffee is to donuts as milk is to cookies.
Paddling is to canoeing as ________ is to _________
Tea is to sipping as cake is to chewing
Paddling is to canoeing as driving is to driving

Thanks Jen, I have settled on another comparison but I will contemplate cake and chewing in a different pharase.
Paddling is to canoeing as rowing is to boating. (Bingo)
Tea is to sipping as whiskey is to nipping.
Here is another one that I want to put up for grabs (based on cdsg23's reply).
_______ is to _______ as sweat is to exercise.
Some of my favorite words are reserved for expression.
Flyblown: The situation is flyblown; meaning that blow flies are blowing it.
Belly-up: The poetry reading has gone belly up; meaning that it is now dead-in-the water.
I'm sitting on ready and rocking on go.

Antidisestablishmentarianism (only because it's the longest word )
I'm not sure if I have a favourite word, maybe...eternity.

Point of interest, pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is the longest word in the english language, not antidisestablishmentarianism.

So pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis then.
Point of interest, it means a lung disease caused by the inhalation of silica dust. Just in case anyone was wondering.

Really, no one knows the greatest word or phrase in English? No one has seen Darko? Guess I'll be the first.
Cellar Door.
