Just off the top of my head, from a USA perspective, there seems to be a growing resistance of immigrants to learn our English language, and if the liberals had their way, there would be no need for them to learn. I think it would behoove the non-English speaking person to learn the language of the land in which they live in order to be able avail themselves of as much opportunity as they can. As it is now, I am hearing that much is just simply given away and provided, instead of having a certain level of standards of language capability to communicate in our education and business communities.
