Speak calmly and with passion. Just don’t blabber about nonsense. You don’t need to speak boldly, just speak like a person who has full confidence and be arrogant….people will surely be intimidated.

I completely agree with *Yarta. Confidence is the key not arrogance. Make sure you don't confuse the two.

I have read some of the responses and not to mislead; but what is the necessity of becoming a MAN. And if there is such, what does it qualify one to do? This is a fallicy from traditional belief or conformity and if my belief dictated that to follow this format will lead me into a life of fullfillment and
become a MAN I would probably have a MAN E; for sure I would deserve
to be horse-whipped to obey my MAN and would find myself a no NAME .

First thing, be sure that everyone is imperfect.
Second thing, be confident in yourself since you know exactly what you say or do.
Third thing, mistakes do not make any less of us but its how boldly and wisely we come to realize them either amongst people or within ourselves.

Probably to add on the many suggestions; being a man confirms to the fact that atleast u know what other people do not know so believe in it, say it out in any way and of all have confidence while doing this. Then u'l stand counted as a man.
