If there are some news headlines that really upset you, what would you do?

With the convenience of search engines now-a-days, after reading the entire article, I do a little research for the truth (or not) of the article. What do you do and why do you ask?

I have actually stopped reading or watching the news completely. I started doing it about a month before 9/11. Even though I was on a news fast, I heard about 9/11 before the second tower was hit.
People love to tell you the news that's really important and you don't really need to know about the news that isn't!
Try it, you'll find it refreshing, I promise.
