Am I the only one that is having the glitch during login, where you have to login validly twice before you are logged in on the forum? To explain: I log in with all the correct info and it takes me to the main forum page, but the button says 'log in' instead of 'log out [ ink_scratch ]' . So I go login again, and then it logs me in.

I haven't noticed a problem or gotten email from others with this problem. Maybe it's just a weirdness. Hopefully, it will go away. If not, post here again.

No, I don't think it is just a weirdness. I have been having Ink's same problem for about a years now. I just thought if might have been something to do with the internet not the site it self. Now that there is someone else besides me complaining maybe it should be looked into.

You could try setting it to log you in automatically, then go to a different site, come back here, hit log out, and un-select that option. It got mine to stop doing that.

I'll try cdsg23's suggestion. At first I thought it may have been just the computer, but it was three different PC's I've tried, or the Internet.

I just tried the 'login automatically' option, and then visited another webbie, then came back to the forums and it didn't even log me in. So yeah.

We're out of town right now, but I'll see what Mike can do about it from here. Sorry about the problem, guys...

Okay. It's still doing the double login thing, and evertime I come to the forums, an ad pops up for (so far) either a free dinner at Applebee's or a gift card for Walmart. Stupid ads. And it's not just a lack of a spam blocker. I think my school has one, and so does my home computer.

The advertisements are the Quotations Forum. They pay for the server and domain names for this site, so we have to keep them.
We are finally back in town, so I will remind Mike about the problem with a link to this thread.

Can anyone who has this problem tell me what browser you're using? I'm looking into it.
