This is my 81st post and I am Happy to be called "Quote Master". Every one help me celebrate by posting lots of Lord Byron quotes and poems and stuff from Dragon Lance.

Such writing is a sort of mental masturbation - he is always f--gg-g his Imagination. I don't mean he is indecent, but viciously soliciting his own ideas into a state, which is neither poetry nor any thing else but a Bedlam vision produced by raw pork and opium.

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods ...

That is the first line in a fairly lengthy poem by Byron, (The Sea). That one line was likened to a light but well received slap on the face. The line has stayed with me over the years because it tends to arouse the imagination of what pleasure that I might find in the pathless woods. One day as I was hiking in a remote region in the middle of nowhere I stumbled into the fringes of a private colony. I couldn't help but notice that the folks were not wearing any clothes. For some reason I began reciting the poem by Byron.

Ahh yes gd ol' Lord Byron. I actually have a friend who is related to Lord Byron. He loves poetry aswell.
