There is this quote that I really like and I can never rember who it is by or exactly how it goes.

It is something to the effect of

A puzzle wrapped within an enigma shrouded in mystery

If someone could tell me who said this and the exact wording of it please

Ah, that is it, thank you. I thought it was Churchill but I was not positive.
