Quotations and Literature Forum

Hi,

I am an educator who has found the quotationspage website extremely exciting because it has become a major resource for my lesson plans. Elementary school students enjoy analyzing quotes, and writing about what they think they mean. To some students, a quotation is a discovery of alternatives and options that help in their day to day challenges of becoming a good human being.

Yes I'm in sorta the same position Do it! The best way how to teach people is to let them discuss something. Just go to Quotations Talk/Fluff Forum and look at some questions people have, or some topics people discuss here and let your students do the same in school.

what is the difference between educator and teacher?

Hi I am a new member and have been enjoying this page for a while b4 I signed up as a member. Just recently I learned by watching my son how neat forums are, in fact he turned me into this one.
Congratulations Michael on this site, much to learn here, love it!

I believe the words educator and teacher could be synonims...is that possible? I been working as such for the last 10 years...there are many other teacher here any opinions?

You can educate someone without being officially employed as a teacher. but there again i spose you can be a teacher to some one without it being your job title.
