Just something that's been bothering me. If someone says to you "A penny for your thoughts" but everyday "you put your two cents in" where exactly is that second penny going.
Any theories are welcome. I personally think that it is funding people on the Forbes billionaire list.



P.S. I know you don't literally give two cents or recieve a penny for your thoughts.
