I was just wondering if anyone here, by pure stroke of luck, was a game programmer using Blitz? Just wondering.

I do a bit of programming but don't really have time for major projects. I am still at school so other things take up my time. I hadn't heard of Blitz though.

I'm a graduate with computers degree... but not a programmer.... Blitz is a company that develops games for consumers.

Well the whole thing is called BlitzBasic or Blitz3D (Depending on how rich you are )
Its nothin major, just a small gaming programmer based on C from memory.
What programming do you do?

Sadly due to cash and time I've had to stick pretty much to BASIC so thats POWERbasic and DarkBASIC. I have done some robotics programming with a NQC and have done some machine code programming.

sounds pretty cool. Never done robotics before. Have you ever used VisualBasic? Its what most schools use in programming classes.

You should be able to get it of Kazza for free. Yah. Uni is rather not cheap. What are you planning to study down there? And where at?

Yeah. The thing is I'm best at maths but I don't see the point in doing pure maths.

Same for me. I found maths pretty easy, and i enjoyed it, but then i did Calculus in year 12, and hated it. It just felt entirely pointless. Its not like im gonna be walking down the street and some guys gonna need to know the square root of -1 to find out how much money he owes you.
