What 1 thing would you take with you if you were stuck on a deserted island? (besides some type of rescue device for those of you who take this literally)

I know this is a question that is not relevant to anything but I always find interest in the different answers that people give.

Wow that is really a hard question when you think of it. Can we have 2 choices¿ My choice is a toss up between super sharp knives or vegie seeds . I would pick animals if they came in seed (you know just add water) ....hmmm .....

I'd take an entire department store. You said ONE thing. So that is it. Within it would have everything, from food, to supplies etc. What else could I ask for?

Wow, for all of the times I have heard this question, I have never heard anyone say this answer. The thought of a shopping mall had never even crossed my mind before. I like the answer, I like it a lot. Thanks for giving me a quick response to someone who asks these "thought provoking" questions.
