I have to write a persuasive essay for an American Literature class I am taking, and have drawn a complete blank on a good topic. Also, if any of you have a topic, you know where I could get personal examples, etc? Thank you!

Thanks, QuoteMaster. However, the essay doesn't have to be about American Lit, it just needs to be persuasive. I cannot think of one issue of which to persuade my class. Anymore ideas?
