In a situation with telemarketers, the oldest and most practical method is to say: "Thanks, but I'm not interested" when they offer you something. Also, you could say: "I am not authorized to make these decisions." just to keep those telemarketers from calling your house causing trouble.

what realy makes them angry is if you ask them obvios questions but still act questions and when they ask personal info. like name and adress you ask about offers there compeditors might offer. i have had many people hang up on me at this point

I find it to be more fun just to listen to them and ask about the product until you yourself could sell it then hang up.
