Welcome to the Circus Maximus. Books? Zen Flesh, Zen Bones. A collection of Zen and pre-Zen Writings. The book will endow you with the gateless gate.

The Great Path has no gates
Thousand of roads enter it,
When one passes through its gateless gate
he walks freeley between earth and heaven.

When my daughters were your age they loved the Ann Rice series. One of my favorites are the Ann McCaffery Dragons of Pern. What sort of book do you enjoy. Horror,love,fiction,adventure┬┐...[/img]

I'm not a whole lot older than you, but I just read "Tuesdays with Morrie." I can't remember the author right off hand and I can't go get it because I borrowed the book. Some people are indifferent about the book, but I enjoyed it.
