I'm fortunately dry, thanks DSW, although there are unexpected new pond and waterfall features in my garden. But Queanbeyan, the town next door, has been badly hit.

Hard to believe this time last year we were all still baked dry and dusty from drought. This winter and spring has changed everything. The dam overflowing in the pics is our main supplier and was nearly empty. It was enlarged in hopes that when rain came we could store more - well it sure is full now.

There is one unfortunate consequence of the drought which we are only just realising - ten years worth of young and new drivers who have never had to drive in sheet rain and semi flooded roads before......................
