17 Easiest Ways To Reduce Tension Instantly

Tip No.1 : Identify the real cause of stress.

Tip No.2 : Events causing stress should be noted down and analyse it once in a month.

Tip No.3 : Your reactions to each stressful events should be recollected and compared with one another.

Tip No.4 : Should not give immediate responce to stressful event ,always take little time to think.

Tip No.5 : If any tension comes ask your inner man (Mind) for a solution,he is more intelligent than you.

Tip No.6 : Past is past always concentrate on future events and gather courage and willpower.

Tip No.7 : Neednot bother about your loss,but findout the reason for it and try to solve it.

Tip No.8 : Face all situations with confidence.

Tip No.9 : Keep faith in god and worship him.

Tip No.10 : Always hope for the best.

Tip No.11 : Always keep a positive approach.

Tip No.12 : Before doing any thing plan a solution to face a negative situation.

Tip No.13 : Should not live only for money.

Tip No.14 : Help the poor people and be useful to them.

Tip No.15 : Visit the sick people and give them moral support.

Tip No.16 : Whenever you are tensed take a deep breath and relax.

Tip No.17 : If you are tensed countdown from 100 to 1.

mezian ... let me thank you for your efforts in helping us to lessen our tension; BUT let me display my comments as well:-

Tip No. 1 fails for me because: Even after identifying the real cause of stress that won't help but concentrating more in the core problem of stress - not nice for me, I would wish to forget and move on ...

Tip No. 2 fails for me because: Events causing stress should be noted down!! my! should I make a book for that? - not an option for me, still life is a lot simpler.

Tip No. 3 fails for me because: Reactions should be recollected and compared with one another; does that require a 'comparative study'?! lol

Tip No. 4 fails for me because: Time to think ... I wonder how could I give time to think before getting suddenly stuck with a popping raging action, nervousness, tension ... nice theory but impossible to practice!

Tip No. 5 fails for me because: Nice personification for tension ... wish he could be man enough to face my punch lol

Tip No. 6 fails for me because: Past is never a past coz its dramatically connected with our present which consequently predicts our future to come, at least how I think.

Tip No. 7 fails for me because: Again theories ... nice words but I highlight the practice plus put into consideration everyone's different reaction towards every problem, if you can think positively others think negatively but the most scary majority hardly ever think at all.

Tip No. 8 fails for me because: A bit exaggerating hm? 'ALL situations' ... I'd better question you about your supernatural powers? I am a human being myself ... faced by my shaken confidence sometimes. Anyways, I promise I try.

Tip No. 9 fails for me because: God is great but what about other atheists around? remember they just follow a non-prophet organization, so we need to care about them finding them another alternative solution.

Tip No. 10 fails for me because: No pun here but this "Hope for the best" sounds a bit of cheesy for me .. like "Good luck" and stuff like that. Not meaning that I am not that cheerful but lines like this recommend hard work and sense of realism.

Tip No. 11 'kinda' fails for me because: Right on, somehow I agree about this positive approach something like; "Positive thinking goes like this, when you walk out happily enjoying the sunny weather and the flowery scenery around ... all of a sudden you look up and a bird shits on your face - you don't get angry and you don't swear ... you just thank God that cows do not fly" - that's how positive I came to be.

Tip No. 12 fails for me because: Planning is good but what about a total spontaneous creature like me? Do I need a consultant to plan every inch about my life?!!

Tip No. 13 fails for me because: No comment!

Tip No. 14 fails for me because: A fairy tale?!

Tip No. 15 fails for me because: Morality? I barely heard this word ...

Tip No. 16 fails for me because: am doing this now lol

Tip No. 17 fails for me because: 101, 102, 103 ...

I rather find these 'tips' lightweight, they are useful but simplistic and make the assumption that one is under so little stress that they will be applied easily.

Regrettably when under crushing stress, these are passed already.

Well intentioned though.

Actually, am not denying the good purpose of these tips of course. I am just being a realist never sarcastic.

Personally speaking; it is just some tips could work well with me but others seem so far far away even a lot farther than Australia is to Egypt :)
