It is clear that we don't understand all things particularly the ones that cause us shock, surprise and even disgust and resentment.

To illustrate, i don't understand why some people would make you feel bad when you're not doing the same thing to them. When you humbly and modestly do well at work or in life, i don't understand why others would rather find/focus on your faults and flaws instead of your good deeds and accomplishments. When others argue on emotions rather than on reasons as if they're the only ones entitled to protection, i also can't grasp what their motives are except to assume that it is all insecurity. I really and don't fully understand these circumstances to the point of accepting this kind of personality/attitude while keeping distance from them as much as possible.

Any similar experience?

As the type of person that you described, I know a lot about this. General feelings of dislike towards people and stuff. But it's almost 4 a.m., and I've worked hard for the first half of the day. And after playing hard for the rest of the day (and night), I am hitting the sack.

i don't understand how people think that being a different race, religion, sex, age, economic class, or any of the other stuff, people tear each other up over, makes them better then other people.

no, i know why they think that, i don't understand how they can think that.

no i know how they can think that, i don't understand why they don't know they're wrong.

no i know why they don't think they are wrong.

nope, don't think I have one that i don't understand.


People. I don't understand people.


Or maybe I just don't understand how I can completely and totally understand another person's point-of-view (to the point where I can argue their beliefs) and think, KNOW, that they are wrong.
