Post a quote or some words that you feel people should hear at least once in their lifetime. Who knows what effect you may have on someone. It can be as concrete or as abstract as you want. And cliches are welcome.

Something as simple as "Stop victimizing yourselves all the time," could suffice.

I should have thought the riding was merely a practical demonstration of knowledge. The wisdom would be in complteing the ride safely and comfortably?
