I am currently in a leadership master program. I have wrote a two page document on criticism and the effects there of. I would like to elaborate but not sure how to avoid criticism from a colleague or a boss. Any tips?

One does not avoid criticism, one learns from it.

How to avoid criticism from a colleague or your boss? Just agree with everything that they say, even if it means not being true to yourself, but you wouldn't want that, would you?

Truth is, truth does not hurt but the criticism that comes with it does. So if you think your project deserves the best attention, do exactly what the criteria/guidelines therefor tell you to avoid the unwanted remarks.

I think it's a great idea to actually write about criticism.
Maybe you should try to implement as much compelling experiences as possible, to sympathize with the reader, and prove that criticism can be modeled by social proximity, and if he doesn't get the idea consciously, the result remains the same.

Just have confidence in what you believe in.
Sometimes best way to avoid something is to face it.
