Dear girls and guys,

one day I had a funny idea. I thought it would be great to write a book. But I didn't want to write it by myself. I just wanted to start the story and then continue with hundreds of other authors. You can lead the story to wherever you want to!

My target is to provide the finished book completely free as ebook.

I found this forum so I decided to ask you guys, if you want to help me writing that book. I don't speak English natively as I'm German, but I hope that you'll correct my misspellings and maybe also the grammar, if there's something wrong.

You just have to register... it's completely free! I use this register mechansim, because I don't want anonymous people deleting and changing the text.

If we finish that book, your name will be printed in that book. I don't want to earn any money, so I also don't want to spend it. That's why I decided to put the Wiki into a subdirectory on my momentarily unused domain.

Why don't you post an actual link to the page instead of forcing us to type it in, also, i would suggest re-posting this over in the fluff forum, we're much more likely to actually go there and help out if we see it there, i know for a fact that several people don't even look at these forums.

yes, I wanted to write in present tense, 'cause I think that it could be interesting...

Or do you think it would be better to you Simple Past?

Writing in the present is interesting, however things such as descriptions and parts that speak of something that happens as a regular occurance, such as:



need to be in the past simply for modern writing conventions.

I will work on this though.
