hay, I think I thought of this poem yesterday, but it might be a famous work that just re-surfaced in my mind. anyone reconize it?
Down a long and winding road
I walk though darkness never told
I see a light, so clean and pure
Now my steps are always sure
any help would be apprecated

Dear birght-shadow,
I fear that if it is a name of a poem that you assumed you got those lines from, I can be of no help. All I can say is that if it is from a famous poem, I also need the name. But if the work is yours, I must congratulate you, for I have not read work that has moved me so much since my dear E. A. P.'s The Raven. I hope that you have created it yourself, because that would mean the world has a new legendary poet.
Good luck and,
As always, Your loyal citizen "Codename V"

Bright-shadow
Does not ring a bell with me, searched a couple of places for key phrases and find nothing similar. Probably original.

I'm guessing it is original also. I could find nothing on the web to link up to it. it is truly a fine peice.

This is a Randi Lynn Original. You'll find it online.
Veil
In my world
The darkness people fear
Find everything that could be good
I no longer fear it
For it has been here so long
All I can do is hope
That one day
I'll be able to cut that veil
But right now all it does
Is stretch and spring back
No matter how hard I pull and tug
I want it to tear
It's been there so long
I realize it now
I've finally grown comfortable
And that really scares you
For how can I have grown comfortable
With what I fear the most

Hmmm...That is Great Bright-Shadow. I feel bad that I didn't see this sooner. It has been a long time since you have made an appearance here. Hopefully you will come back.
As for the poem, I think it is absolutely beautiful.

Good, very good...
I see thoughts all the way... good to see people putting in their thoughts like that.
