UNDER THE MOONLIGHT,
WAS THE FIRST NIGHT,
THE DAY WE MEET,
WE BEGIN THE SHEET,
UNDER THE MOONLIGHT,
FROM THE FIRST SIGHT,
WE TOUCH THE SKY, AND FLY AWAY,
WE REACH SKY AND ASIDE STAY,
UNDER THE MOONLIGHT,
OUR FIRST FIGHT,
THE WAY WAS RIGHT,
BUT HEARTS HELD HURTS,
UNDER THE MOONLIGHT,
THE WAY IS NOT SAIN,
WE NEVER BACK AGAIN,
EACH OF US DECIDE GO ASIDE,
WITHOUT ANY BACK SIGHT OR NEAR SIDE,
UNDER THE MOON LIGHT,
I CAN SAY IN LIGHT,
FOR EVERY SECOND AND MINUTE,
FOR EVERY DAY AND NIGHT,
FOR ALL WHO LOSE THEIR LOVE, WITHOUT OR WITH FIGHT IN LOVE,
LOVE,
IS NOT A GAME PLAYED
END WITH THE TIME,
BUT SHARP SENSE THE SAME STAYED
STILL ALL THE TIME.

I encourage your pursuit of poetry: a harmony of life distilled to a harmony of words. In this particular piece, while your emotion is clear, the flow of message is not clear, to me at least.

Try writing your feelings first in prose. Know your message. Feel the depth of relationship between its parts. Know how the image you create will portray the feeling or message you wish to transmit. Then shape the words.

In the end the words are not the point. Their rhyme and relationship is not truly the point. The message is the point. The words simply frame the message in a beautiful way.

I liked it. But I would like anything about the moon. There were some parts that I had a hard time understanding, but for a first poem it is very good. I appluade you for your work, and encourage you to keep up with it.


~I unfortunately can not help the matter of moons starting and ending relationships. The moon is my planet...so my emotions tend to go with it

You are Welcome Arty. I love art work, especially writing. One should remember that with poetry there are no rules. The person who writes it will be the only one who knows the story behind it, for others it is an opinion of what it might mean. I never discourage someone who is willing to use their voice in writing.
