so, back onto the subject, i think love also has degrees, there is love like you feel for a close friend, but it can also go as far as the love you feel for...well, a lover

cdsg23 so right... what makes me change from the phase of "like" to "love"? and why if we stopped loving one another we can't go back at least to like one another?!!!

it's hard to say where the line lies, all i can tell is when someone crosses that line and when i personally begin to care for them more than as just a friend. and more than a friend doesn't always have to be in the context of a lover, my best friend in High School was as close as a sister for me.
