What are your favorite versions of the Arthurian legend? My personal fave is TH White's Once and Future King . A distant second is Arthur Rex by Thomas Berger. There are so many great 'spin-offs' too. I'd love to hear about all of them!

One of my favorties that I am reading now is a trilogy by Mary Stewart. It is quite good. I also like the Mists of Avalon.

Yes! I've read the Stewart books... that set includes The Hollow Hills, doesn't it? I've read Mists, also, but I can't recall specifics of it. Stephen Lawhead had an interesting serial going too, the Pendragon Trilogy, or some such title. Thanks for your reply, Romeo!
