Help!!!! I really need a quote about why it is relevant for students to study Far from the Madding Crowd. It doesn't have to be very closely relating, anything will do, thanks

You may be able to construct a reason from the synopsis of the film at http://www.turnerlearning.com/tcmbytheb ... ff_fs.html

The book takes its title from Thomas Gray’s Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard -

Far from the madding crowd's ignoble strife,
Their sober wishes never learn'd to stray;
Along the cool sequester'd vale of life
They kept the noiseless tenor of their way.

Best wishes from Henry
