Hi.. I am hoping someone can help me...recently I received a quote and it touched me very deeply, anyway I saved it on my computer, but unfortunately my computer broke down and I lost all info.
Now, I can't really write what the quote was..but it said things like empty feeling..where you were represents darkness or something like that...
I am not sure..but it said something like...yesterday or the sun represents all the days I had with you and as night falls I miss you more or I feel the emptyness without you..something like that.
Basically, it was saying how hard it is to miss that person...so please help me, I know I haven't explained it well, but that is what I remember..thank you....

I don't think this is what you were looking for, but I thought it fit the meaning.
Where you used to be, there is a hole in the world, which I find myself constantly walking around in the daytime, and falling into at night. I miss you like hell.
Edna St. Vincent Millay, Letters, 1952
