I am writing a college entrence essay and I am trying to think of a quote that fits me and also has to do with the future. I was wondering if anyone knows any good quotes about living and the future they are dying to use. Any help is greatly appreciated.

"I feel that you are justified in looking into the future with true assurance, because you have a mode of living in which we find the joy of life and the joy of work harmoniously combined. Added to this is the spirit of ambition which pervades your very being, and seems to make the day's work like a happy child at play.
~Albert Einstein (referring to America)

"The habit of looking to the future and thinking that the whole meaning of the present lies in what it will bring forth is a pernicious one. There can be no value in he whole unless there is value in the parts."
~Bertrand Russell, The Conquest of Happiness

Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to, with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present.
--Marcus Aurelius
