Assume you have a limitation and you know about it, say you are very aggressive.. Now you also have a task to complete w.r.t time frame.. this Flaw of being aggressive could be your added advantage as compared to others in completing the task..

FLAW NEVER BECOME STRENGTH UNLESS YOU DEFINE IT ,USE IT , OR SOMTIME IT JUST HAPPEN YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO DO IT `COZ OF YOUR WEAKNESS BUT THOSE WHO CAME IN FIRE WERE KILLED ...JUST `COZ OF THEIR STRENGTH ...YOU SAVED AND RULED`COZ OF YOUR FLAW

Our flaw can become our strength because we pay more attention to it then anything else and later on its no more a flaw but a plus point in us.. I have a flaw of being over confident.. but in job interviews it has payed me heavy dividends... Never rejected..

ok hope I dnt confuse u more...
every human being has a flaw and they're commonly referred to as a weakness. but if u recognize it and work on removing it, it'll give u strength in the aspect that u dnt have it any more, nd that u probably learned sth valuable while in the process of getting rid of that flaw. new knowledge will give u strength
