I was recently at a USA Hockey coaches meeting and they were talking about "team" and "team work". The person who was speaking brought up on the over head projector a passage from a book that I'm not sure who it was from. It talked about what a team is and how it can be applied to everyday situations and then the last line said something about the LA Lakers. How the Stars of the team have their roll to the rebounders to the second string guys. If anyone knows what book thats from or can give me the passage, that would be most appreciated.
