In 58 years of largely unreflective existence, I've at least come up with the one thing that I would have recorded in quotations as my thought (or at least, phrasing):

All information is propaganda . . . but all propaganda is information.

Does this seem original? True? Important? Intelligible?

In the broad sense of the term, propaganda is information that
serves a particular agenda, which could be true or false. If true, it may be one-sided and fail to paint a complete picture. In late Latin, propaganda means "propagating".

So i dont think your statement means anything at all :?: not all information is propaganda its like saying all people lets say are stupid because some are, same with l information and propaganda

It's certainly a provocative thought!

Whilst information may be true, it may not be the whole truth. Propaganda can certainly reveal details of the author behind it.
