I need a quote describing why british army land rovers are called "Snatch Wagon's" colloquially sometimes.
The one I have in mind is in one of the Andy McNab books that I read a year or more ago. cant remember which because I read them all. I cant find any info on the internet on this and its not even on urbandictionary.
In the book I have in mind the author is talking about how the british army used to "snatch" IRA suspects from the street into their Rovers, hence the name.. but I need a viable source ie at the very least the book hopefully the page.
If you happen to know of another viable source/description of why its called a "snatch wagon" that would be great too.
