I have had seven all together to interpret and explain their meaning, however these three have me stomp.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

When you are young such an ideal seems good, right and achievable. By the time you reach thirty you have become disillusioned and realise that the nature of man means such an ideal cannot work, as there will always be "bosses" or someone in control.

The first one says that the result of the nature of humans action or the expression and outcome of one's character says it all without a word being spoken or a speech being made. The second one says that as long as the correct concept and right decision is made there is no need to reason, worry or waiver and change your mind and action nor look left or right. The third one says that you should have a ambition and perception of your goings in life at a young age and as long as you reach thirty and those things are not yet discovered, it shows that you are a shallow thinking character.
