Without the thought being expanded, I think it's pretty lame on its own.
Who Needs Similarity When We have Difference?
"Citizenship I suggest is primarily at issue when we have difference, when we have diversity, when we have really quite a lot that is contentious and have to find some way of reaching agreement. And, of course, that means inevitably that citizenship occurs in context where one's going to have quite a lot of maybe well regulated conflict but the sort of conflict that we call politics, with various intonations."

"Some men see things as they are and ask, 'why?' I dream things that never were and ask, 'why not?'"
NB: This quote is a paraphrase from a similar quote by G. B. Shaw.
-Robert Francis Kennedy
