"I have not met anyone who couldn't teach me something"

I have been saying this for decades, I really like it, and I do not remember what made me say it the first time or hearing it from anyone.
Because it sounds so profound, when people ask who the quotation is from I say "I think Galileo said it" but in reality I don't have a clue.

Can anyone help please.
