Comparing Charles Schulz to Rembrandt.

Who said this ? Please help me as it's the last answer I need in a quiz of 100 questions.
Actually, not sure I agree with the quote as Charle Schulz is one of my heroes from childhood and I think he was a brilliant artist .
Thanks for any help you can give.

Peace and Respect, Alan (Kerr).

Maybe it wasn't Charles Schulz, but another cartoonist that you wouldn't remember by the name of MILTON CANIFF (1907 - 1988)
Quote: The "Rembrandt of the Comics," Milton Caniff is responsible for creating two masterpieces of graphic adventure, Terry and the Pirates in 1934 and Steve Canyon in 1947."
