Clairol. It's from a series of television ads they ran during the 1970s. The woman in the commercial says "If I only have one life to live, let me live it as a blond."

While the TV ads ran during the '70s, I found a reference to a 1958 magazine ad for Clairol with the same line.

The most amusing thing to me is that it's in Bartleby's online:

Apparently there is a person who is credited for being the brains behind that slogan and others: Shirley Polykoff

"For Lady Clairol, the cream-and-bleach combination that brought silver and platinum shades to Middle America, [Shirley Polykoff] wrote, 'Is it true blondes have more fun?' and then, even more memorably, 'If I've only one life, let me live it as a blonde!'"

Only her hairdresser knows for sure.

This was very risqué for its time, and Polykoff softened the innuendo by showing the models in this campaign as wholesome young mothers with small children in their arms.
