I only see it on the internet in personal quote collections or "favorite quote" on personal webpages (and not many) unattributed or "anonymous."
I'm rather shocked to see that no one has given it the obligatory Twain/Lincoln/Shaw/Churchill/Wilde/Rogers attribution yet.
