As a brand new member, may I ask if anyone knows who wrote this, or to whom it is accredited? I have seached all of my reference books and can find no record of it. However my best mate is forever quoting it, and is quite adamant that it is a genuine quotation (according to him it is Shakespeare!
Is he right or wrong?
