I know WHO said this,but want to know more about him.
"It has been estimated that to get the planet back on track over a seven year period would cost $750 trillion. That would include dealing with all the sanitation problems of the third world, all the basic food issues, atmospheric pollution. Despite googling,have been unable to find anything about him,so hope someone can help. I can no longer remember where I came across the quote,whether it was online or in a book.
