I used to keep a quote book in high school. I kept quotes from famous people as well as neat things my friends said. One I remember finding somewhere (not a friend's quote) was something like:

"I love you not for you are, but for who I am when I am with you"

I don't know if that is the exact wording, and I don't know who it is by. Does anyone here know?
